Entries
3 Athletes per event and 1 Relay Team per school
Discus ONLY - 2 entries per school due to time constraints
All team entries will be completed online at www.nc.milesplit.com (NCRunners). You must enter your team on NCRunners in order to be entered into the meet (NoExceptions).Only verified marks will be honored.

Entry Fee
$150/per gender ($300 if entering full boys and girls teams) OR $20 per athlete up to the 8th.Payment will be based on entries made when they close on NCRunners
- Make Checks payable to Wilmington Track Club
- Check must be received before the meet OR Bring Check to packet pick-up

800AM - Gates Open, Packet Pickup Available at main entrance near Hamilton Parking Lot
800AM - Implement Weigh-In Available opens - will be at the Navy Shed near the 200m Start Line
900AM - Pole Vault opens for Girls Warmups (NO Weigh-ins needed for Pole Vault)
915AM - High Jump Opens to put down marks
915AM - All Athletes should be checking in at their field events
930AM - Field Events open for warmups / run-throughs (1stsection / 1st flight only)

1000AM: Long Jump Boys & Girls (2 pits, both will start at 10AM)
Triple Jump will follow the Long Jump - Girls & Boys (2 pits)
High Jump Girls followed by Boys
Pole Vault Girls followed by Boys (Pit Opens at 900AM for warmups)
Discus Girls followed by Boys
Boys Shot Put followed by Girls
Running Events
1000AM Start Time (Rolling Schedule - Fast to slow for all running events)
