Teams Arrive 4:00pm
Coaches Meeting 4:15ish pm
Boys will start (solid) 5pm - we will not start early
Girls will start after the boys, at approximately 5:45
The course will be marked, there will be people directing the runners along the route at certain corners.
The course map has been updated.
NEW!!!! We will have timing provided with Video and Camera footage so the coaches can relax and encourage their runners.
