Meet Information
Elon University's Irwin Belk Track and Dr. Alan and Norma White Field complex is an 8-lane, all-weather, 400-meter track that also includes complete facilities for field events, including the pole vault, long jump, high jump, triple jump, shot put and discus. Last year saw nearly 1,400 athletes compete making this meet one of the largest in the state.
ELIGIBILITY: Any currently enrolled high school boy or girl. No club teams. All athletes must represent their high school team. NO UNATTACHED ATHELTES. ENTRY FEE: $100.00 per team. Boys and Girls considered separate teams. Or $10.00 per individual athlete up to a max of $100.00. (Ex. 10 athletes or more = $100.00). ENTRIES: Entries will be done online using www.directathletics.com. Entries will begin on March 12, 2010 at NOON and end on March 17, 2010 at 5:00pm. This will serve as your scratch/declaration period also. NO additions the day of the meet! AWARDS: Team Plaques for Top three finishing teams.
