Packet Pick up at Finish Line starting at  3:00 pm

Coaches Meeting 3:30 pm (Mandatory)

(Note: All races start ON TIME!)

Course Walk ( On Your Own)- 

Boys Race - 4:00 pm

Girls Race - 4:35 pm

Awards Ceremony - 5:25 pm

Spectator Fee:

*Spectators* will pay a $5 fee upon entrance to the facility.

Parking:

Pull all buses into the gravel parking lot on your right near the finish line. Encourage parents and spectators to utilize the parking down by the softball fields and walk "up" to the course.  They will pay on the way up from that parking area and another checkpoint to enter the finish line viewing area.  Handicapped parking and those maybe needing assistance is available

close to the course.
