Cross Country Championship

SCHEDULE:
Packet Pick up at Finish Line starting at 2:30 pm
Coaches Meeting 3:05 pm (Mandatory)
(Note: All races start ON TIME!)
Boys Race - 3:30 pm
Girls Race - 4:05 pm
Awards Ceremony - 4:45 pm

Entry Fee:

*Spectators* will pay a $3 fee upon entrance to the facility.

Parking:

Pull all buses into the gravel parking lot on your right near the finish line. Encourage parents and spectators to utilize the parking down by the softball fields and walk "up" to the course.  They will pay on the way up from that parking area and another checkpoint to enter the finish line viewing area.  Handicapped parking and those maybe needing assistance is available close to the course.

Please enter ALL of your athletes (Varsity & JV) under their respective gender for the 2 Mile race on the spreadsheet that has been shared with you no later than Monday, November 15th.  It is best to enter your whole roster.  Please make a copy and the share yours with us.

We do not need to know who is "Varsity" or "JV".  You should enter ALL of your athletes who can complete 2 Miles in UNDER 30 minutes.  Just enter ALL of your athletes competing under their respective gender.   Make sure the Bib # matches the name of the athlete when you pick up your packet.   Only 5 athletes can score from anyone school.   The 6th runner is a tiebreaker.  So, larger schools are at no advantage.  This set up allows ALL athletes to PARTICIPATE in the same race with their teammates!
