Coaches Meeting:
A mandatory coaches meeting will take place in the press box.
Concessions:Concessions will be open and available for purchase.Drinks and light refreshments will be available for coaches in the visitors concession stand.
Scorer's Table/Infield:No athletes are allowed at the start/finish line unless they are about to run or have just run.Please help us in keeping this area clear of athletes.Athletes about to perform or cooling down from an event are the only athletes allowed on the field.
Presentation of Awards:
As results come in, medals for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place will be presented in the middle of the field.Medals of no show recipients will be placed into a team envelope for coach pick up.
Coaches
Responsibilities: Coaches will be asked to officiate in all the field events and in relay zone judging.
Scoring:Eight places will be scored in individual events and relays according to NFHS Track and Field Rules.
