Meet Information
Hello everyone,
Thank you for your interest in the Creek Run Invitational. Below is just some preliminary information about the meet. We are excited about hosting this meet for the 3rd year. Please feel free to share your feedback. We received great feedback last year and based on that feedback, we were able to improve the meet.
We will try to cap the total athletes based on the below:
Boys 5K - 150 athletes
Girls 5K - 150 athletes
Developmental 3K - 100 combined (both 3K races run together)
Middle 3K - 100 combined (both 3K races run together)
Elementary 2K - 100 combined
Check-in - 7:00 AM - 8:00 AM
Check in will take place next to the course between the softball and baseball fields. You may pay and receive your team's bibs at that point. Feel free to check out the course prior to the first race.
Start Times
8:30 AM - Boys 5K
8:55 AM - Girls 5K
9:25 AM - Developmental 3K
9:40 AM - Middle School 3K
9:50 AM - Elementary 2K
10:15 AM - Awards
Timing
Chip timing will be provided by Rhodes Race Timing.
The Course
We have a really fun course and a good portion of it is actually in the woods.
Hydration
We will have a water station stocked with cups filled with water just outside the finish chute.
Awards
We will award medals for 1st thru 5th place finishes for Varsity 5K races, 1st through 3rd place medals for middle school races, and 1st through 4th place ribbons for 2K races. There are no medals for the developmental races.
Payment
The fee for all races will be $20 per athlete. With teams of 5 or more, pay $100 for the entire team (this includes both genders). After registering your group or unattached runner, mail checks to:

Invitational T-shirt
We will have a t-shirt vendor onsite. The cost of the t-shirts will be $25 and they shirts will be fully customizable (on the spot). For example, an athlete might want his or her name on the shirt with the time recorded. See the pictures below from other recent events.
