Meet Information
Come compete in the inaugural J. Alan Peoples Invitational.
This will be a Saturday meet, beginning at 10:15am. A Schedule will be posted soon.
A Password is required - Contact J. Alan Peoples 828-817-1594. There will be a projected limit of 20 schools.
A lunch break is planned for the workers and officials - steak, green beans, potato salad and desert. A limited number of meals will be available for an additional fee for those who choose not to work.
1 relay per school, 3 athletes per field or running event.
The winner of each event will receive a plaque (a relay team will receive four).
The top three finishers will receive medals.
Checks are to be made to "PCHS Track." Athletes are $10 each, up to 4, and then it goes to $50.
T-Shirts will be available for $15 while supplies last.
Please send coaches' names and job they will work so I can get the tickets done correctly.
Get the entries in on time so can have a good meet program ready for sale. One free to each team.
The deadline is April 1. However, a Performance List will be created on Sunday, March 27, for the program. Changes will be permitted until Friday, April 1, but they will not be included in the program.
