Meet Information
We are excited to host another Luminary Run this year! Races will be Girls and Boys.
Coaches Meeting at 6:20pm at finish line.
6:40 Varsity Girls
7:20 Varsity Boys
Individual medals will be given to top 10 runners of each race.
We will be placing luminary bags in Honor and Memory of those stricken with cancer. If you or your team has any person you would like remembered please email their names and state H or M for honor or memory. Please send these emails to mtrhodes@gaston.k12.nc.us
$25 per gender or $50 for entire team. Payable day of race. Checks written to Ashbrook High School.
Per Gaston County Policy, only public high school teams, affiliated with NCHSAA are eligible to run in this race.
Also, we will be asking at least a $2 donation at the gate for all adults. All donations will go to Cancer Services of Gaston County
Weather policy: If bad weather forces us to cancel race BEFORE race day, all teams who have paid will receive a refund. If the weather forces a cancellation once the gates open, we will not be giving refunds.
Race day parking: Ashbrook football stadium parking.
Concessions will not be available this year.
