Meet Information
Hello everyone,
Thank you for your interest in our XC jamboree. Below is just some preliminary information about the meet. And by the way, this is our first invitational so your feedback is welcomed.
Check-in - 7:00 AM - 8:00 AM
Check in will take place next to the course between the softball and baseball fields. You may pay and receive your team bins at that point. Feel free to check out the course prior to the first race.
Start Times
8:30 AM - Girls 5K
9:15 AM - Boys 5K
Note: 4K Run Canceled
Timing
Unfortunately, we will not be using FAT or chip timing for our 1st invitational. However, we have a really good print timing system (not a watch) that will allow us to do up to 5,000 runners (not that we will need it). We will also have a couple of very large clocks along the course that are sync'd with the timing system.
The Course
We have a really fun course and a good portion of it is actually in the woods.
Hydration
We will have 2 or 3 water stations stocked with cups filled with water and Gatorade along the course.
Results Entries
We will award medals for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishes for both male and females. For school teams, this will not be an official meet so this meet should be considered a scrimmage or practice.
Payment
The fee for all races will be $10 for all athletes. With groups of 10 or more, pay $75 for the entire team. After registering your group or unattached runner, mail checks to:
