Cedarock is an Alamance County Park that is open to the public. Please keep the roads clear of pedestrians. This applies to teams and spectators.
Team Buses & Vans should park in the large field (aka Map Field) adjacent to the finish line just past the farmhouse. Follow directions from the parking attendant.

Spectators should park in the first gravel parking lot on the left. Please be mindful of other races if you decide to arrive late or leave early.

Teams will be issued a packet of bib numbers to pin on their runners. Teams should collect them after the race and turn them into the scoring table. We will use the same numbers as the tune up meet for those that participated in that meet.
It is a one loop course, so the girls race can begin before others have finished. Map is posted on milesplit. 5K Course Map CLICK HERE If you want to walk the whole course, teams should arrive early and plan for about a 45 minute walk; self-guided.

Alamance-Burlington School System Superintendent Dr. Bruce Benson, an avid runner, will be crowning team champions in both the men's and women's divisions, with each winner earning bragging rights for owning the new Superintendent's Cup award for the entire year. Dr. Benson will serve as the official starter for the event.
