Meet Information
2019 CAA Conference Championships hosted by Asheville School. This is a closed event: CAA Conference schools only. All entries are due on NC.MileSplit by 6:00 pm on Monday, May 6th. The meet will be timed and scored by Big Kahuna Timing. Field events and the 4 x 800 will begin at 4:30 pm. Conference qualifying rules will apply to all athletes entered. Schools are limited to six athletes in individual events, assuming all six have state qualified times, and one team in relay events. Athletes will check-in for their events and will be given a number which will be worn on the left hip. Only the anchor leg of a relay event will wear a number on the left hip. Athletes will be asked to remain outside of the fenced competition area until their event has been called. Electronic devices in the hands or ears of competitors within the fenced competition area are strictly prohibited.
Note to coaches: Please be prepared to assist in running the field events and in assisting in the exchange zones of relay events. Thanks to Big Kahuna Timing, our assistance will not be needed at the finish line.
