Meet Information
The Overhills Cross Country team would like to invite you to our inaugural cross country race. The course consist of few hills and a great finish set-up for all to see! It is a faster course which will boost some early season confidence! The meet is $40 per gender or $75 for a boys and girls team. There will be an unlimited number of entries so you will be able to get a F.A.T. time for all of your runners!

We will having a hospitality tent for coaches that will be open all meet long, so bring your appetite!
Coaches are also welcome to run the community 5k. We will be featuring the award for the fastest male and female coach!
Where: Overhills High School in Spring Lake NC
When: September 14th, 2019
- Coach's meeting at 8:30 a.m.
- 9:00 a.m. Boys Championship (up to 7 entries)
- 9:30 a.m. Girls Championship (up to 7 entries)
- 10:00 a.m. Boys Invitational (unlimited entries)
- 10:35 a.m. Girls Invitational (unlimited entries)
Buses can drop students off at the stadium and will be directed where to park in an attached parking lot.
Team tents can be set up along Hut 3 and in the grass or set up on the opponent side of the football stadium. The course will be clearly marked so please just stay off of it and keep the course clear!
Make checks payable to Overhills High School on the memo line you can write Jaguar Prowl or anything of that nature.
After the high school runners have finished we will be hosting a Family & Friends 5k. This race is open to all, even the coaches!

We will be awarding the top three teams in each race
We will be awarding the top ten individuals in each race
There will be a concession stand open all day long serving up delicious food!
