Meet Information

April 30 and May 1 at Mooresville High School



Admission - $8 Concessions will be open both days.



Water will be provided for athletes just past finish line area; bring your own bottles/cups.



Tents will be allowed on the visitors side stands and in very top rows of the home side. We do have some good shade trees on both sides of our home stands which you are more than welcome to set up camp under but please do not put your tents up in grassy areas.



An AT will be on site; bring your own medkit/supplies



Registration of entries are due Monday, April 29 at 7pm.

Heat sheets will be sent by 10 p.m that day and have all scratches or corrections by 10 a.m. on April 30. Make sure your contact information is correct so you dont miss important updates.



If weather becomes an issue, we will run a one-day meet with finals only.



3 athletes per individual event, 1 relay teams, 4 entries per athlete. Finals will be two heats of 6, scoring 8. The fastest six finalists will be seeded together. Individual and relay events will be scored 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1. Men's scores, women's scores, and a combined team score will be computed. In order to participate in the conference meet, an athlete must have participated in at least two meets on two different days during the regular season.



Timing Company is New and Old Timers of Statesville.



Please check emailed document to sign up for jobs. No more than 1 coach per team needs to be represented at one field event. If you dont sign up we will assign you. While we dont expect the entire coaching staff from one school to help, we do need you represented around the track and throughout all events.



Coaches meeting at 30 minutes before first event each day in the visitors side of Field House (opposite end of check-ins) for scratches and assignments. We will provide a pizza and drink hospitality buffet for you at this location. The post meet coaches meeting will be in the same location just after the finish of the final event. We will vote on Male and Female field event, sprint, and distance MVPs of the meet. The overall MVP will be awarded from the total points attained at the conference meet. Ties will be broken by a vote of the attending coaches.



Weigh-ins will be at athlete check-in area (garage of field house) from 3-3;30 for shots, discs and vaulters. Pole Vaulters need to come with their own pole.



Tuesday, April 30:Start Time is 4, with coaches meeting at 330

prelims for 100/110 Hurdles and 100 meters.
