4th Annual West Meck Hawk Invitational 2019

West Meck will host the 4th annual "Hawk Invitational" on March 30th, 2019 @ West Mecklenburg High School in Charlotte, NC.

Open to all HS teams and high school age athletes who run for a club or compete UNATTACHED. FAT timing provided by our partners at Charlotte Flights Track Club.

ATTENTION !

Athletes who choose to run unattached CANNOT use their times/distances as qualifying marks for other meets.

Coaches, PLEASE be sure to mail the check several days PRIOR to the meet OR have the payment with you at check in. LATE PAYMENTS are no longer accepted and your team may not compete without payment.

HOSPITALITY serving a light brunch for coaches and volunteers.

COACHES & PARENTS RELAY !!!!! As we have done in the past, there will be a 4 x 100 relay ( male and female ) for coaches and parents of athletes who want to show they STILL got IT.

MEDALS GIVEN TO THE TOP 3 IN ALL EVENTS

Entry Fee $70 per gender or $130 for both. Athletes competing individually are $20. Teams consists of 4 or more athletes from the same school.

Cash, Money Order/Cashier's Check, or School Checks accepted ONLY. Pay to the order of: West Meck Booster Club. Payments can be mailed to the school: 7400 Tuckaseegee Rd., Charlotte, NC 28216. ATTN: Coach Willoughby OR coaches may bring it to the meet. NO PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

Teams are permitted to enter 3 athletes in all events.

Spectator costs: $5.00

Concessions and vendors with funnel cakes, chicken wings, hot dogs, hamburgers, etc..
