March 4, 2016
Mount Tabor High School
The meet will be held in a quick format beginning at 4:45pm and ending by 8:30pm. Music will be played between and during some of the races to kick off the 2016 Track & Field season and keep it fun! Event officials are all local and knowledgeable in their event. An emphasis will be placed on learning for this meet. All NCHSAA rules will be followed, but we aim to correct problems before they occur later in the season. The meet will run in the format below. Once entries close I will update a time schedule for you and send the heats to you on March 3rd.
Please use reasonable seed times for all entries and what you think athletes can handle! Nothing wrong with running faster than what you enter or doing well in just one or two events. If you are not sure of their ability level yet, please enter them with a NT for no time, or NM for No Mark in the field events. Multiple relays can score. We will score 8 places (10, 8, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1)
