Meet Information
The 2016 Knight's Invitational will feature a newly designed course layout. The site is host of the NCHSAA 3-A East Regional Cross Country Championship. The meet is open to any public high school with runners in grades 9-12. There is a combined total limit of 30 participants per gender per school, 7 in Championship race, 7 in the Developmental race and remainder in JV race. Entry fee will be $50 a team or $80 combined men and women. $15 per individual if incomplete team.
