Meet Information
Looking for an early season 5k race in the Triangle area? Come run with the Pride at the 2nd annual Leesville Road Twilight Invite!
*5k course will start and finish on the track and will be fast, flat, and sans roots/sharp turns!
Race schedule/entry guidelines:
--JV Boys, 14 max. per team (6:00 pm)
--JV Girls, 14 max. per team (6:30 pm)
--Varsity Boys, 7 max. per team (7:05 pm)
--Varsity Girls, 7 max. per team (7:35 pm)
--Awards (8:30 pm)
*Meet will be hand-timed. Race clock will be displayed on scoreboard as runners approach finish line. Varsity boys and girls races are scheduled to finish under the lights. Race day t-shirts, food, and team/individual awards for each race will be made available.
Open to the first 9 NCHSAA teams to sign-up! As of 8/1/2016, we are currently full for this year. If anything changes between now and 8/20, the meet page will be updated asap.
To help cover costs, entry fee per school is $50. Checks should be written to "Leesville Athletics." Coaches--please bring your check to the meet in order to pick up team packet.
** Unattached individuals are also allowed to race (5 max. per gender per race). Entry fee for individuals is $10. Please write all checks to "Leesville Athletics."
