Follow this format for entries:
School: specify Boys or Girls
Varsity (9-12) or Middle School (7-8 grades)
ENTRY FEE: $65.00 for High School Teams per gender
$40.00 for Middle School per gender
Boys and girls are considered separate teams

RACE TIMES:
10:00am High School Boys - 5k Race
10:30am High School Girls - 5k Race
11:00am - Middle School Boys 2 Mile Race
11:20am Middle School Girls 2 Mile Race
11:45am Awards Ceremony High Jump Area of Track
TEAM SCORING: Boys and Girls teams will be allowed to enter Un-limited runners in the High School and Middle School Races. Team scores will be computed by totaling the top five (5) runners finish positions. The 6th and 7th runners will count as pushers. Teams with less than five (5) runners will not be totaled in the team scores but will be scored in the individual scoring.
COURSE: Start will be on grass fields below the WCU Track. Finish is on Soccer Field inside Track.
COURSE INSPECTION: Course will be available for inspection on September 4th from 3:30pm through 5:30pm and on race day. If you are attempting to view or walk the course on Race Day, please be aware that Course Maps are on-line at www.catamountsports.com on the Cross Country Page and on the Entry Site page.
AWARDS: Individual: Top 15 places in each race
Team: Top 2 in each race
PACKETS: Table on Track @ soccer scoreboard between 8:00am and 10:00am on Saturday Sept.6.
