2015 Pirate Invitational

The Coach Choo Track Club will be hosting the Pirate Invitational cross country meet on Saturday, September 19, 2015. The course is located at Lake Kristi, and is very flat and fast. Lake Kristi has been the site of NCAA Regional XC championships and several collegiate championship meets (including the 2015 AAC championship to be held on October 31, 2015!) The course is over 99% on grass (there is a brief asphalt crossing).
Schedule:
9:30 am - Middle School Boys and Girls (2 mile)
10:00 am High School Boys (5k)
10:45 am High School Girls (5k)
11:30 am Awards Ceremony
Awards:
High School Boys - Awards to top 25 boys and top 5 teams
High School Girls - Awards to top 25 girls and top 5 teams
Middle School race - Awards for top 10 boys and top 10 girls, first place boys team and first girls team

Entry Deadline:
Tuesday, September 15, 2015, 6:00pm
Entry forms and/or links to online registration will be posted in July
Entry Fee:
$100 per high school or $60 if you are only entering a boys team or only entering a girls team
$20 for each unattached individual
No entry fee for middle school teams!
Make checks payable to Coach Choo Track Club (you can bring entry fee to the meet)
T-Shirts:
T-shirts will be available for sale at the meet, $15 per shirt.

Results will be posted here and at www.ncrunners.com by 4:00pm on Saturday

Drive east on Greenville Blvd.
Turn right onto 10th Street/Hwy 33 East, go to Grimesland (about 8 miles)
Turn right onto Mobleys Bridge Rd.
Go about 2 miles Lake Kristi is on your right
