Meet Information
All Field Events will be contested along with the following running events with a feature fast 3200 meter run
55 Hurdles
55 Dash
1000 Meter
300 Meters
3200 Meters
We currently have several 3200 meter runners from Virginia and in North Carolina that can run sub 9:30 for boys and Sub 11:30 for girls. The 3200 will be the feature race. If interested in coming to this meet e-mail rodney.king@stokes.k12.nc.us
