College Entry Fees
Mens Team $250 Womens Team $250 Both Men and Women $500.00 MAKE CHECKS PAYABLE TO: UNC CHARLOTTE ATHLETICS
Each Team will be allowed to run 7 athletes per gender in the Gold Championship A Race with priority to NCAA Division 1 A Teams(40 Team
Max per gender for the Gold Championship A Race), Teams that do not make the Gold Championship Race will be team scored in the
Green B Race additionally 7+ individuals from teams that compete in the Gold Championship Race race are permitted to race in the
Green B Race but will not score as a team. ONLY the top 7 runners will be allowed to complete team scores.
High School Entry Fees
Boys Team $50 Girls Team $50 Both Boys and Girls Teams $100.00 MAKE CHECKS PAYABLE TO: UNC CHARLOTTE ATHLETICS
ONLY the top 7 runners will complete a team score
Each high school team will be allowed a maximum of 12 high school runners per gender compete in the high school championship race
Unattached/Open/Club Athletes- Entry Fees
Entry fees are $50.00 per athlete Please Pay Online When Entering On www.directathletics.com
Meet management will NOT accept any late entries in the UNATTACHED/OPEN/CLUB division.
Policy for Selecting University Teams/Unattached/Open and Club Athletes: Meet management intends to limit the field size in each race. We
reserve the right to control the number of teams selected based upon the quality and parity of the teams entered in the meet. This policy will
allow for an even field of competition without overloading the course. Please note: Due to the limit of field size, a maximum of 7 athletes per
team per gender will be allowed to compete in the Gold Championship Race. Make sure you meet the deadlines.
Unattached/Open Runners: Due to the limit of field size, priority will be given to collegiate teams. Therefore, if the field is filled with
collegiate teams, you will not be accepted into the Gold Race. All unattached collegiate athletes will be treated as open/club athletes. We will
NOT accept late open/club division entries.
Timing and Results
Timing will be provided by TimingINC and we will use B-Tag chip timing this year, please instruct your athletes to not bend
their bib numbers before they compete so that they will be accurately read and accounted for. Results will be posted on
www.charlotte49ers.com and on www.timinginc.com. We will also be using split mats and have live scoring on monitors close
to finish line, all live scores will be unofficial until after the conclusion of the meet. For timing questions or comments please
