Jack Slawinski (Without Limits Triangle/St. David's School)
8th grader Jack Slawinski won the NCRunners Middle School XC Festival Championship race last weekend in 10:43.80 for 2 Miles. It ranks as the fourth fastest mark in the state and the fastest 2 Mile on the Ivey Redmon course this season. He's had a strong season running 10:19.46 for 4th at Hare & Hounds over 3000m, and 7th at Friday Night Lights in 11:12.10. But he certainly is peaking at the end of the season running nearly 30 seconds faster over 2 Miles at Ivey Redmon from the beginning to the end of the season.
