Chandler Welsh - R.J. Reynolds

Welsh kept her hot streak alive, this time capturing the NCHSAA 4A Midwest title in 17:52.90.

Mary Bonner Dalton - Myers Park

In just her second race of the season, Mary Bonner Dalton ran 18:01 to win the NCHSAA 4A West Regional by 40-seconds.

Audrey Crowder - Durham Academy

The freshman superstar took home the NCISAA 4A State Title in 18:27. She is NC Frosh No. 2 this season. 

Caroline Barton - Carolina Day School

After placing 15th in 2021, the now-sophomore won the NCISAA 2A State Title in 18:28.

Ryann Aycock - Cary Christian

The 2020 NCISAA 3A cross country state champion returned to form in 2022 taking home her second NCISAA 3A crown, this time in 18:29.
