There's no perfect way to predict future relay success. There are tons of factors that go into a successful relay other than just having the four fastest legs: handoffs, order, strategy all play a role in which teams top the relay rankings. However, we cannot ignore the teams with the best times, we just need to see if they can put it all together next season.
