NC No. 11 all-time and NC sophomore No. 1 all-time in the 3,000m! Cone clocked 10:25.27 at Camel City Elite in the collegiate women's race.
Took home the win in the collegiate 60mH at Camel City Elite running 8.60 in the prelims and 8.43 in the finals. Although it was not a personal best, it is still a huge win for Garrett.
Hickory Ridge 4x200m and 4x400m Relays
Claimed two new NC No. 1's in the 4x200m and 4x400m relays at the Butler Polar Bear. Their 1:42.69 in the 4x200 is NC No. 11 all-time.
NC No. 1 and US T-No. 27 toss in the shot put throwing an indoor personal best of 41-1.
Linde Fonville - Charlotte Country Day
NC No. 1 and US No. 10 Indoors this season in the 1,000m running 2:56.06 at Camel City Elite. It is the fourth best mark by a senior in state history!
Hannah Rae Shaffer - Cardinal Gibbons
NC No. 7, US freshman No. 2 this season, and NC freshman No. 3 all-time in the 1,000m running 2:58.84 at Charlotte City Championship taking down Sanu Jallow.
Lauren Tolbert - Highland Tech
NC No. 4 this season in the 1,000m clocking 2:56.44 at Camel City Elite
