Following a stand-out season of cross country in North Carolina we'd like to shoutout everyone involved in making it happen, from the athletes, to the coaches, meet directors, parents, administrators, the parks, the timers, the NCHSAA, the NCISAA, and more! We've seen some special performances and moments and it takes this community to make it possible.

We are excited to announce the NCRunners/MileSplit NC Cross Country All-State teams! 

All team selections are listed in alphabetical order by their last name. As always with a select number of spots on the team, tough cuts were made, and there were many runners not listed who were given heavy consideration. Again, congratulations to everyone on a great season and here's to a return to indoor track season!
