We saw some amazing racing this weekend at the NCHSAA Cross Country State Championship. We saw teams and individuals win from both sections, making this possibly one of the most exciting state meets of all time. Chapel Hill claimed the 3A title with a 35 second 1-5 split led by Emil Arangala's all-state performance. Walter Sellers (Atkins) claimed the fastest individual time of the weekend with his 15:40 to claim the individual 2A class title.
