Northern Guilford junior Jack Dingman ran a 4:21 1600m time trial earlier this week. He had a few friends/teammates take pacing duties for him before ultimately earning a nice 2 second PR ahead of his 2019 outdoor best of 4:23. Dingman was a contender for the NCHSAA 3A 3200m State Championship this spring and will be one of the top senior returners for the 2020 cross country season.
Recently, Jack and younger brother Logan Dingman participated in a world record continuous relay in Greensboro. They were 2 of 48 runners to log 5055.23 miles over a 26 day span. It kicked off at 8 AM on April 15th and finished on May 11th as they were able to shatter the previous world record for a continuous relay which was 4,104.52 miles. If you're running a time trial you'd like us to publish and attach to your profile reach out to us at jason.creasy11@gmail.com. While marks are unofficial, we hope that it will show college coaches what potential recruits have done during their time off.
