Kendall Jordan, Casey Douglas & Sydney Turner Battle In 500m
The girls 500m heat 8 came down to a battle down the homestretch between Kendall Jordan (Cummings), Casey Douglas (South Pointe, SC) and Sydney Turner (Apex Friendship). Jordan was able to hold off Douglas and Turner with a PR of 1:18.14 to Douglas' 1:18.61 and Turner's 1:18.98. Turner was able to clutch a NCHSAA 4A State Qualifying mark after being .02 seconds short coming in!
