Girls 2 Mile
Carmen Alder (Pinecrest) has been an unstoppable force this year in the distance events. We've seen her throw down some dominant 1600m and 3200m performances this year. Though she's run 4:54.87 and 10:36 this year, I don't think we've seen her true potential this season. She'll be in section 1 of 2 in the 2 Mile on Saturday and anchor Pinecrest's DMR in the emerging elite section as well.
