Combined rankings for the top 250 boys 800 runners in North Carolina.  We combined these athletes 800 times and 1600 or converted Mile time to see who had the fastest combined mark in the state.  It's pretty close amongst the top, but Cameron Ponders 4:09.52 converted 1600 from the Penn Relays puts him over the top!
