A perfect description of this weekend, as North Carolina prepares for the massive amounts of athletes that will descend on McAlpine and WakeMed next weekend for the postseason regional meets. In the meantime, we have two things to occupy our attention: more of our state's best high school runners are tuning up for their final cross country races, while our alumni will be competing in NCAA national championship meets in all three divisions.
