1
Broken 18 four times this season, it's hard to compare her marks and say she isn't the #1 girl so far this year
2
Still hasn't lost to any NC competition so far this year. LaTour finishing speed is going to be lethal at championship season is here
3
18:04 at NCRunners Elite, Greensboro Invitational win, and dominating conference performance in 18:18. Should be sub 18 as she has two back to back weekends at Ivey Redmon
4
Sub 18 at the Coastal 3A conference meet, also had a dominating performance at NCRunners Elite.
5
Second to Evely at their conference meet, but beat her at Wendy's, NCRunners Elite. Has had a strong comeback after getting a late start
6
Broke her Home course venue record of 18:25 held by Sarah Rapp. Dokholyan certainly seems to be fit right now.
7
Another big performance from Evely winning the South Fork Championships over Howlett.
8
Believe she didn't finish at her conference meet. Posted a strong mark at Great American and has what it takes to be in the top 5
9
Wright's closed the gap to the top girls in NC. I think she has a real shot at the 3A crown
9
2nd to teammate Sarah LaTour against a strong Southern Carolina conference field
10
Parlier is coming on very strong as she did last year. Everyone needs to take note of her as regionals and states are on the horizon
11
Big run at CAP 7 clocking a PR of 18:22. She's one to watch heading into regionals and states.
12
Had fallen out of the rankngs after a slow start to the season, but Sefton has certainly turned things up a notch after a 18:21 at WakeMed winning Tri-6
13
Easy win at the PACIS Championships. 2nd to Alder at NCRunners Elite
14
Very consistent throughout the year with only one slightly off day at Wendy's. Won at SoMeck and 3rd at NCRunners Elite
15
Big time performance from her on a tough Weddington course. Though she finished just behind LaTour an Hill even though she was under the old course record.
16
Kincaid has been very good beating Faircloth, Kilby and Shook at Hagan Stone then dominating at Metro's
17
Consistently in the 18:40s in big races, but I expect her to take the next step forward by seasons end.
19
Faircloth lost to Kincaid at Hagan Stone and edged Kilby for 2nd.
20
Likely someone most aren't familiar with, but Strange is a major wildcard heading into regionals and states. She hasn't seen much competition this year and we have no clue of her true potential in a loaded field.
21
2nd behind Sefton at Tri-6, has been Green Hopes top girl this season
22
Won at WPAC with ease, will look for a big 2 weekends against Howlett and Evely to defend her 2A title.
23
Got a big win in the Manhattan Invitational Varsity A race over 4000m a week ago. Followed by an easy win at the PTC conference meet
24
2nd behind Peters at CAP 7, best performance of the season for her.
25
Had an off day in a tough Union County field. I still think Bristle's one of the top girls in 3A
