9 9	Noah Dolhare NC Providence Day School	1st 15:36.52 @ Hare & Hounds Invitational (at McAlpine Park)	The breakout has finally came for Dolhare. Big win at Hare & Hounds in 15:36
10 6	Sam Thornton NC Cardinal Gibbons	10th 15:46.60 @ Trinity / Valkyrie Invitational (HS)	Thornton seems to be the real deal. Great American will be a big test for him next weekend.
11 5	Finn McBride NC Green Hope	6th 16:34.02 @ Quad Meet at Wake Med	McBride was off at Oatlands, but I still think he has to potential to be one of NC's best XC runners
12 N/R	Gavin Mouat NC South Iredell	1st 17:55.00 @ North Iredell Home Meet	Big breakthrough last week. 34 second PR at Hare & Hounds and I think things are only going to improve from here.
13 N/R	Laderique McNeill NC Harnett Central	12th 21:29.71 @ Tri-County XC Meet #3	McNeill is a name you need to get familiar with. 15:43 at adidas for the 10th fastest time in NC.
14 0	Chase Coley NC Cary Academy	13th 15:56.30 @ adidas XC Challenge	Coley has proven to me that he's really strong despite not running as fast as he hoped at adidas. I'm expecting a big day out of him next weekend at Adidas.
15 10	Brandon Hernandez NC A.L. Brown	3rd 15:43.84 @ Hare & Hounds Invitational (at McAlpine Park)	Hernandez finally got a big time we've been waiting for, and looked really strong at Hare & Hounds last weekend.
16 1	Ben Mitchell NC Forsyth Country Day School	4th 15:48.85 @ Hare & Hounds Invitational (at McAlpine Park)	Mitchell's getting in very good shape and will continue to move up this list as the season goes on.
17 7	Ryan Brown NC Broughton	41st 16:22.20 @ Trinity / Valkyrie Invitational (HS)	Off day at Valkryrie, but proved to be much stronger than that at Jungle Run earlier this year.
18 6	Ian Delgado NC Green Hope	2nd 16:15.00 @ Quad Meet at Wake Med	I expect Delgado to show up when it matters, but along with Green Hope he was off at Oatlands
19 6	Jamie Witmer NC Hoggard	1st 17:31.85 @ Wallace Park Classic hosted by New Hanover High School	Three straight weeks of big races caused him to falter a little at Adidas. I think he's a 15:40 guy at seasons end.
20 11	Marshall Williamson NC Myers Park	12th 15:51.50 @ adidas XC Challenge	Missed Hare & Hounds due to college visit, but his 15:51 at adidas proved he was going to be one of 4As top boys
21 2	Andrew Hammel NC Christ School	5th 15:51.45 @ Hare & Hounds Invitational (at McAlpine Park)	He's proven to me that he's the next NCISAA star, only sophomore in the top 25
22 1	Ryan Kemper NC Green Hope	5th 16:34.00 @ Quad Meet at Wake Med	Missed Oatlands due to wisdom teeth removal. Look out for him at Great American.
23 8	David Cart NC Apex	2nd 18:14.60 @ Apex, Friendship, Holly Springs	Didn't race at adidas, hopefully he's still healthy.
24 N/R	Connor White NC Christ the King Catholic School	7th 15:57.06 @ Hare & Hounds Invitational (at McAlpine Park)	This NCISAA 2A star has proven he's deserving of this list. Will be tough for anyone in his classification to challenge him this fall.
25 1	Kyle Durham NC Weddington High School	1st 16:10.81 @ Union County XC Championship	Won Union County, has been very consistent as Weddington's 1 this season. I think Durham's upside is tremendous.
