Coaches, EVERY TEAM must help out in meet.  I mean EVERY TEAM.  We are trying to find new XC courses to use and if we do not do a good job, this is one less course to use.  My tolerance for not helping out after moving 2 invitationals to 2 different places in 2 weeks is not to high.
1.    I need one person to help me put the numbers and chips together either Sunday night or Monday night.
2.    Parking is a huge issue.  6 Adults will be needed to direct buses to drop off at lake and move to the parking at end of road on power line near the sasquatch.
3.   Clean up, bring your own trash bags and pick up any trash, yours and others before you leave.
4.   Below are a few of the jobs needed at meet.  If YOU do not have people doing this, good luck on going the correct direction in the 5K and 4K.
A.    One person to direct left turn on beginning of short loop and as they come around each time.
B.    One Person where first short loop makes a left turn where 4 power lines intersect.
C.    Starter
D.    Someone with a trailer or truck who can collect most of the cones and drop them off at Hagan Stone Park.  Cones marked Track need to go back to Southwest.
E.   Parking:  One Adult at drop-off, One Adult at entrance to parking lot to direct buses and cars to power line parking lot, 2 Two Adults in power line parking area to direct parking, Great area to park and Sasquatch hangs out over there.
F.     Help taking down all flagging, cones and poles on the course.  Only flagging to leave is the ones in the wood trails higher in trees which keeps you from going straight.  (black spray paint on one of the flags)

1.  I will send another email out about the help we need to put on the event.
* Help with parking from 3:50 PM to 6:00 PM
* Take down course after meet
* Clean up sections of the park
*  Awards

2.  Big, we did not get a lot of support for the Porta John sponsors.  Attached is how we will be doing ticket sales for the XC Champs on the HONOR system.  We need you to really get a few key parents on your team to get your spectators to do this before they come to the park.  Below is a link, honor system is to pay $8 x spectators online here before they come to to meet.  Easy, send the pdf file to everyone you know or post it on your team page.
Get parents to promote this among the team as the HONOR way to do this.  They can even pay more if they like.  System is Paypal based.  Let me know if you have any questions.

3.  Bring entry fee with you.  $75 for a high school team and $60 for a middle school team.
4.  There are a couple of home school athletes who will compete unattached.

Honor Ticket System

1.  Above is the link for parents and spectators.  We are doing an Honor Ticket system for the meet.  Please forward to anyone you know who is coming.

2.  I want to make sure any parent or relative that wants to come and watch their athlete run does not worry about whether they have the budget to watch.  It is an Honor system and if someone can not afford it, they do not need to pay.  If some of your parents and friends want to purchase a few extra tickets for ones who can not afford it, please do.  I saw some crazy parking and entry fees at meets this year.  We did not want to go up in price until we have to.
