Meet Schedule:
7:15am. -9:00 Course Open for Preview, Teams are responsible for their own course walk through, see course map and video below.
10:00 am - Boys Championship 5000m Race
10:45 am - Girls Championship 5000m Race
Awards following as soon as possible, All Coaches and Teams
Athletes should report to the starting line no later than 15 minutes prior to the start of their race.

Spectator Admission and Parking: FREE
Coaches Duties: 1. Cross-Walk 1, (behind finish line) Clayton, South Garner, Smithfield-Selma
2. Cross -Walk 2 (near pond / front entrance) SouthEast Raleigh, Cleveland, Fuquay-Varina, Garner
*Each team PLEASE have a Coach or Adult Volunteer in place during BOTH races to stop traffic once all the runners cross through.
Packet Pick-Up: For Packet Pick-up, please visit the timing table. In your packets, there will be a piece of paper with your student-athletes and the corresponding bib number and chip number. Please double-check that the bib number they are wearing matches the bib number on the sheet. Per the NCHSAA Rule Book Page 65 Rule 8-3 Article 3. Penalty- A competitor not wearing the assigned contestant number and/or computerized transponders/chips or altering such items in a manner that interferes with the recording of place finish is a rule violation resulting in disqualification from the race. All chips must be returned at the completion of the race to the finish line timer. The cost is $25.00 per chip not returned for that school. Coaches will collect and return the chips in packets after the race is completed.
Bus Parking: Buses will park at the Soccer Stadium. Buses are NOT to turn left once inside the park to drop student-athletes and equipment off then go back and park at the Stadium. Student-athletes will have to walk from the stadium along the sidewalk to the starting area.
Restrooms: There will be port-a-potties for use. The restrooms at the stadium are normally open.
Soccer Stadium and Soccer Fields: The Soccer Stadium and Soccer Fields are OFF limits to student-athletes, coaches, and spectators. Please make sure that your teams are NOT on the fields.
Team Areas: There will be a designated area for teams to set up team tents, if teams wish to put up tents they MUST be staked down.
