Meet Information
We are excited to have you on our campus this week, there are several teams arriving, parking will be tight but together we can keep all of our players and fans safe. As well as have all our fans positioned away from your bus to give you safe maneuvering before and after the game.
We would love for you to arrive no earlier than an 1:30fore meet time, so your team can change and warmup.
We are located at 1288 Hudson Rd, Summerfield, NC 27358, we ask that you share with your drivers this document and explain where to park their buses.
As you turn in the school follow the red arrows on the image
The traffic cones can be moved to get the bus by, please have someone place them back, trying to keep people from parking in our bus lot.
Keep going around past the gym and park within the turn about
Please do not park on the grass, there are water and sewer lines that are covered with soft soil.
Your parents and fans, please have them park in the front and back parking lots.
I want to thank you for your help and we look forward to having you here at Bethany.
