Online Registration Instructions

Registration is a multi-step process. You first need to Register your team; but then you also need to enter your roster. Every athlete must to be entered in order for a bib to be made and for their results to be included in Milesplit. Be sure to enter your ENTIRE roster, even if you think someone will not run. It is easy to scratch someone who does not run. We can NOT add runners after registration closes
Here is the current schedule:
Please do NOT arrive before 3:45. Prior to that time, we are in the middle of dismissal for both our lower and high schools and there is not enough space for extra vehicles and buses.
Coaches' Meeting -
4:15 - We will hold one coaches meeting for both the high school and the middle school.
4:30 - Trail Walkthrough ( New Course). This will be for both the HS and MS.
Middle School Race
Boys - 5:00
Girls - will begin as soon as the boys finish. Rolling start, but approximately 5:30 PM
High School Race -
Depending the the size of the teams, we MAY run a combined meet (boys and girls together). We will start the HS race as soon as the middle school race ends, but at approximately 6:00.
We can vote on combining the HS Boys/Girls Race in the coaches meeting.
Parking:

Cars may park behind the High School.
Buses can drop off students in the lot behind the high school, but must park in the next parking lot, in front of the lower school. Buses CANNOT park behind the high school. See map below
Course Length is 3.1 Miles
It is a mix of Field, Gravel and Trail.
