Meet Information

WE HAVE ADDED A MIDDLE SCHOOL MILE. This is limited to 32 entries each for boys and girls. They will run one section each beginning at 4:25. Please only enter runners who will actually run, and delete anyone you find out cannot make it, so that spaces will be available for others. You can put seed times but it doesn't matter since there will only be one section.
3200-meter race, open to all HS teams. We will alternate sections, girls then boys, beginning about 4:50. We expect to have three sections each. If necessary, we may begin with one combined section for the slowest athletes.
THIS EVENT IS REGISTERED AS A HOKA POSTAL NATIONALS LOCAL EVENT. We will have awards from Hoka, and coaches can register their team's results and potentially get free shoes from Hoka.
Please contact Coach Honea at david.honea@bcsemail.org if you are interested in competing. We have added a password to be sure we don't add more teams than we can accommodate. We are very likely to have multiple sections, sections will be set up based on entries the night before the meet. Scoring will be based on combined times from all sections. NOTE: Due to course scheduling constraints it is VERY likely this event will be run on the track. Spectator parking and entrance will be at the home side of the stadium. Team buses should park in the visitor
Entry fee: $40 per school. (Note: Maximum entry fee per school for all ACRHS events in the 2025 XC season is $70 - if you run more than two meets the additional meets are free.)
Entries: Please enter a reasonable 3200-meter seed time for every athlete. If you don't have a time, or think previous track times are not representative of the athlete's current fitness, and estimate is fine. Using 60% of the best 5k time is probably good if you don't have anything else.
