Online Registration Instructions
Welcome to the 2026 Coastal Conference Cross Country Championship! The event will be held on Wednesday, October 21st, 2026 at the Havelock Recreation Center.
Address: 1 Recreation Drive, Havelock, NC 28532
Registration closes on October 19th at 11:00PM.
Parking fee: $10 per vehicle (all proceeds go to the Coastal Conference)
Championship Schedule:
3:30 PM: Coaches Meeting (at the finish line tent)
4:00 PM: Boys Championship Race (limit 10 runners per team)
4:35 PM: Girls Championship Race (limit 10 runners per team)
5:10 PM: Boys and Girls JV Race(s) (run concurrently)
5:50 PM: Awards Presentation (at covered picnic area near the finish line)
Awards: Championship Race places 1-10 will receive All-Conference medals. Championship Race places 11-20 will receive Honorable Mention All-Conference medals. Championship runners will receive their awards at the Awards Presentation. JV places 1-3 will receive medals and JV places 4-10 will receive ribbons. JV runners will receive their awards at the finish line. (Note: The Coastal Conference provides Championship Race 1-10 awards; all other awards are donated. If you're interested in donating awards in 2027, please contact the meet host.)

Buses may drop off near the start/finish, but should park in the grass and gravel areas near the maintenance shed in the Northeast corner of the Rec Center. If we exceed bus parking capacity at the maintenance shed, a couple buses may park along the west side of the Rec Center entrance road. Please avoid parking buses in spectator/car spaces (Havelock HS coaches will help direct you to an appropriate location).
Sunset Slush will be on hand to serve delicious treats! (bring $)
Athletes should use restrooms located at the softball/baseball fields. Spectators and coaches may use the restrooms in the main recreation center building.
No pets are allowed on the property (Parks & Rec policy...sorry).
Coaches may pick up race packets and athlete numbers upon arrival.
