This invitational will give you the opportunity to evaluate your team early in the season on our championship course. The course layout is mostly rolling hills on a wooded trail. It begins on the football field, has a small mixture of grass areas from around our campus and a minor stretch through the parking lot. The course ends with a 100 meter straight-a-way finish on the track. The course is very spectator friendly and is conveniently located just off Routes 64 and 15/501 for easy access.
The Horton Invitational is open to Cross Country Teams from any school. Entries are limited to seven runners per team, but you can register a 'B' or 'C' team separately. The number of schools participating will be capped at 30 teams per gender to allow for a safe and competitive race environment.

$125 combined men and women or $75 for a single team.
$30 per individual if incomplete team.

Payment must be received no later than August 20, 2026 to participate. If payment is not received by August 20, 2026 your registration will be canceled.
Spectators and parking: Free admittance but there will be a $5 per car charge to park at the school.
Official race T-shirts will be available to the first seven teams to register and pay in both the men's and women's categories.
