Online Registration Instructions
You are cordially invited to attend the Western Carolina HS Invitational on Saturday August 22.
The Tryon XC Course will be the same one used for the NCHSA 2025 Western Regionals and the 25' and upcoming Southern Conference Championships. The course is 100 % grass and rolling terrain that is both fast and challenging.

2026 Tryon Western NC Cross Country Invitational
Saturday August 22th @ Tryon International Equestrian Center
8:30am Varsity Boys 5K (7 runners)
9am Varsity Girls 5K. (7 runners)
9:35am JV Boys 5K. (Unlimited)
10:10am. JV Girls 5K. (Unlimited)
10:45am. Awards
Entries: due by Wed 8/19 8pm via MileSplit
Varsity teams $75 per gender. JV teams $50 for teams of 10 or more or $5 per athlete.
Awards: Top 3 Boy and Girls Varsity teams as well as top 10 individuals. Top 3 JV individual Boys and Girls
Parking will be $10 per car. Teams will set up camps in designated areas.
Port o potties and concessions will be available.
Course maps will be posted on Tryon.com website by August 1.
