National Anthem: 3:55pm

Field Events Start: 4pm

Track Events Start:  Open 800 (4:30pm) - 4x400 (4:45pm) Rolling schedule

Shot Put:  Coach Oxendine & SC Athletes

Discus:  Coach Williams & SC Athletes

High Jump:  Charlie Wiedey & SC Athletes

Long Jump:  Coach Byerly & SC Athletes

MEET INFORMATION:

  • Parking:  Do not arrive at SCHS until 3:10pm or after.  Parking clears right at 3:15pm.  

  • We will start field events at 4pm & the open 800 at 4:30pm.  The remainder of the track meet will begin at 4:45pm.  This will allow more development in the field events allowing them to complete well before the last track events of the day.

  • Starting field events will be:  Boys HJ, Girls LJ, Boys SP, Girls Discus

  • High Jump starting heights will be 3-08 for Girls, and 4-02 for Boys

  • In shot & discus, we can all throw the same implement or we can weigh all implements - any not making correct weight will be collected and returned to school at the end of competition.  We will have correct weights on hand if anyone needs one to throw.  MS coaches decide on this.

  • Weights for implements:  MS Boys & Girls Shot - 4kg (8.8lbs) / MS Boys & Girls Discus 1kg (2.20 lbs).   Girls have thrown 8.8 all year - so we will keep this consistent.

MEET REGISTRATION:

  • REGISTRATION DEADLINE:  Monday May 4th, 2025 - by or before 8:00pm.

  • ALL REGISTRATIONS COMPLETED on MILESPLIT Link 

  • Each team may enter up to: 3 athletes per school / per event - by using milesplit - it will automatically update your athletes best time from the season.  Only performance marks will be used for seeding - if you hand enter a mark, it will be seeded as "no time" or "no mark".  If you are entering an athlete that has not done that event before - please leave blank..   Field events & Track events will be seeded by mark, with heats running slowest to fastest.  If you do not submit a mark, your athlete will be placed in the earliest heat.  

  • After Mondays deadline, no additions - but you can sub out one runner for another if need be on race day - we will need name corrections as you arrive on Tuesday.

  • The goal is not to have empty lanes (no shows) in running events.

    Final results announced at the conclusion of the meet.
