This meet is for the SAC Conference teams only.  

Field events start at 3pm:

Field events beginning at 3pm- Boys Shot, Girls Disc, Boys Long, Girls Triple, Girls High Jump

Field events beginning 4:30pm - Girls Shot, Boys Disc, Girls Long, Boys Triple, Boys High Jump

Track events start at 4pm and will be on a rolling schedule.

All events are finals.

Field events will get 3 attempts.

Four event max per athlete, relays count as an event.

High Jump starting heights: Girls 4'0", Boys 5'0".

Fee $100 per team, $200 max.  5 or more athletes of one gender make a team.

Entrance fee $8.00 for adults, $5.00 for students, 8yrs and under free.

Concessions will be available.

Bring your own throwing implements and starting blocks.

Athletes cannot compete in MS event and then the HS event, i.e. MS 100 and Varsity 100.  No more than 4 events, i.e. 2 MS events and 2 Varsity events. In order to compete in varsity athlete must be in at least 7th grade.

We will need a minimum of 3 volunteers per team- each team will be sent an email ahead of time and assigned a field event to run along with other areas of responsibilities.

No parents or athletes on the infield (unless they are warming up or staging for their event).  No athlete is to have cell phone, headphones or ear buds in on the infield.  If this happens, your athlete will be disqualified from the meet.

Medals will be awarded for 1st-3rd place in each event for varsity.

Ribbons will be awarded for 1st-3rd place in each event for middle school.

At the end of the meet a trophy will be presented to the conference runner-up (boys and girls) and conference  champion (boys and girls).
