Meet Information
Please submit your registrations by midnight, Friday, April 17th.
Logistics:
Coach Cecilio Mitchell will be using the electronic timing system. The entries that are submitted will be the only entries in the races. We will not be adding athletes at the race to any events.
We will plan to have a Coaches' meeting at 4:30pm at the start line. Field events and the first race will begin at 4:45pm. If anything happens to delay your team's arrival, please text or call me at (336)512-5515. Admission will be $6. We will have concessions for sale. Finally, in ensuring that the meet runs smoothly, we will assign the following responsibilities for teams so that we can keep the races moving swiftly and efficiently.
-Meet Manager: Clara Stanfield/Donnie Davis
-Backup Timer: BMS
-Finish Line/Starter: SAMS
-Long Jump: BMS/CHS Track Team
-Shot Put: GMS/CHS Track Team
-Exchange Zones:
