Meet Information

Meet will start @ 4:15 at North High.

Coaches meeting @ 4:00 to review order, assign coaching positions, and review rules. 

Order of Events: Field, Hurdles, 100, 1600, 4x1, 400, 200, 800, and 4x2.

Each event can only have 5 athletes; 800 can have 6. Only one relay team per school in 4x1 and 4x2.
Please park buses on the parking lot beside the softball field on Oak Ridge Church Road (you will see a big pile of dirt).
- Coaches and athletes will need to walk to the track from the bus parking area. 

Teams and athletes need to stay in the bleachers during the meet unless they are warming up. Hurdles will be set up so athletes don't hoard the starting area. 

Heats are based on time in MileSplit. 

With four schools, the points are 6-4-3-2-1 and relays are 6-4-2.

Athletes can only participate in 3 events total. 

Please bring your own blocks, timers, batons, and other track needs. 

Water coolers will be provided but have athletes please need to use sparingly.

Spectators need to park on the bus parking side (left looking at the school) and enter the main gate. Entrance fee is $6 per person. 

Concessions will be sold during the meet.
