Meet Information
Meet will begin at 3:30 with the 4x800 and field events. Coaches please assist with field events and running events will begin at 4:15 with a rolling start from that point forward. Restrooms should be available on the visitors side of the football stadium. Additionally to normal race events we will be having a "fun" run race after the 4x400. This will be a Sprinters Medley beginning with a 400, then 300, then 200 then lastly a 100. This race will start at the 200 meter mark and finish at the finish line. This won't be for points or scoring just for fun. This race should be comprised of 2 boys and 2 girls so it will be a co-ed race. They can be put in any event, for example: Cherokee may have a boy run the 400 and 300 then the girls run the last two but another team could mix it up with boy, girl, boy, girl. The order is up to the team, it just needs to be comprised of 2 male athletes and 2 females, one team per school. (There may be an award or trophy for the winning medley team... TBD).
