GRAHAM, SOUTHERN ALAMANCE, SOUTHEAST ALAMANCE @ CUMMINGS 2026

This is a Mid-Carolina regular season meet. Field events starts at 4:00. Track events starting with the 4x800 starts at 4:45. All running events will be timed finals. Participants in the long jump, triple jump, shot put and discus will be awarded 3 attempts. Teams may enter 5 athletes in each individual event and 2 relay teams. The pole vault will not be contested. If you have vaulters, vault at home and bring the results to the meet.  The girls and boys long jump followed by the triple jump. The boys shot put followed by girls and girls discus followed by boys.. The girls high jump followed by boys.  Coaches will be asked to help officiate different events.  Registration closes at 12:00 noon on March 6, 2026.
