Please Arrive AFTER 2:30pm to allow for a clean dismissal at NJHS. If you need to arrive earlier please let me know ASAP. You can park your bus at the back of the student parking lot across from the Football Field Main Entrance.

Coaches Meeting - 3:30pm
Field Events & 4x800m Relay - 3:45 pm
We will have unified athletes at this track meet. We will have unified heats before the 100m, 200m, 400m, and the 4x100m Relay. We will also possibly have athletes participating in shot put and long jump. Please make your athletes aware of this and have them be supportive of these athletes in all of the events.
Rolling Schedule after that. Girls will go before Boys. Entry dependent, we will run the 1600 and 3200 as coed. Order of Events below.

Shotput (Boys First) - 3 Throws
Discus (Girls First) - 3 throws
High Jump - Boys Height will start at 5' Girls height will start at 4'
Long Jump & Triple Jump - We only have one jump pit so Girls will go before Boys in both horizontal jumps - 3 jumps
